Policies and Programs Affecting Fathers: A State-by-State Report Chapter 6: Education

This chapter highlights some of the ways states can reduce educational disparities and improve educational achievement for low-income men and fathers. We review access to services to boost high school graduation rates and achieve alternative certification, programs to make postsecondary education more accessible and affordable to vulnerable low-income populations, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs for secondary, postsecondary and adult populations, including parents.
