Rich has worked as the project manager for the Colorado Promoting Responsible Fatherhood Initiative and The National Healthy Marriage Resource Center. He recently oversaw focus group work with stakeholders in 12 Ohio counties on behalf of the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood and the National Fatherhood Initiative and served on an advisory board for the National Quality Improvement Center on Non-Resident Fathers.
