I direct DadLab, a peer mentoring community for new fathers at Abington Hospital outside Philly. We offer an interactive 2.5 hour introductory workshop, Becoming a Dad, ongoing support and learning groups for new and expectant fathers, as well as a couples group. This last service helps new families negotiate their roles and manage conflict more effectively. I would welcome any guidance in constructing assessment tools to measure outcomes of the program.
